Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the departure date.
- Failure to complete the payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 15 – 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 0 – 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges (No Refund).
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or "no show".
Changes & Amendments
- Any request to modify the itinerary must be made in writing and will depend on availability.
- Additional charges may apply for itinerary modifications.
- Geo Holidays reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political situations.
Refund Processing
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during booking.
- Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Important Notes
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
- Hotel check-in/check-out times depend on hotel policies.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
